Thinking about a metal refinery which produces bronze and special brass, the first image which comes to mind is tied to production: the furnaces, the raw materials and ingots, isn’t it?
Thus, we’d like to draw your attention to a topic essential for any company such as RMG: the relationship with the customer and the importance of communicating in a foreign language.

Our company has evolved over the years in terms of production, thanks to an increasing know-how in refining techniques and in the production of bronze, aluminium bronze and special brass ingots, but there is much more to that.

Besides the importance of technical knowledge, at RMG, we actually devote time and resources to customer care and services. We refer to an attention in the relationship with the customer which goes through different actions aiming at increasing the value of our products and support services for their sale.

Let’s now dig deeper into a specific feature of our service to customers: the foreign language communication.

Communicating abroad in the increasingly international bronze industry

Whilst the quality of our bronze and brass ingots remains Italian, the presence of RMG has become more and more international over the years. Thus, our sales department is able not only to support the customer in the different stages of the sale and after-sales, but especially to communicate and interact with an international clientele as well.

The importance of language services for the communication in the bronze industry

On the 60th anniversary of RMG, we have been embarking on the restyling of our logo and the launching of a new corporate image. We have been starting this journey both to strengthen our presence in the non ferrous alloy world and to make our identity, values and products more easily recognisable also by our international customers and stakeholders.

Therefore, we have started our collaboration with Neno Language Services (NLS). NLS is a language service provider which was born in 2007 in Brescia. Thanks to its professional pool of collaborators and mother tongue translators, NLS supported us during this experience of restyling both for our new online and offline communication with efficiency, helpfulness and professionalism.

A cooperation which aims, in addition to the constant efforts of our sales department, at creating further value in the relationship with our international customers.
