RMG joins the BAM 2023
Wellness is essential in the working sphere. Thus, socially responsible companies encourage more and more activities to increase the health of their employees.
For this reason, we would like to talk about an important event in which our company will participate on 12th March 2023 in Brescia: the 21st edition of the Brescia Art Marathon (BAM)
What’s BAM? why should people take part in it?
The BAM is the historical marathon of Brescia. Anyone can join the race: runners, walkers, families, and fragile people with the support of caregivers.
Besides its social and connecting value, BAM has an even more significant meaning for both the city and its citizens in 2023: Brescia – together with Bergamo – is the Italian Capital of Culture, thus making BAM a chance to lose ourselves in the historical and cultural magnificence of Brescia’s monuments.
Why does RMG participate in BAM?
Thanks to the initiative organised by Confindustria Brescia, its Associated companies can join the marathon together with their employees. Furthermore, the race aims at raising funds for two organizations from Brescia: Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica MOV and Ri.Pre. Sa. APS.
Our company, a producer of copper-based alloy ingots, welcomed this proposal with open arms, since we think it could allow us to:
- Share an experience to strengthen both our team spirit and the relationship with/between our employees;
- Promote initiatives that encourage our employees to take care of their well-being;
- Support the community thanks to a donation.
Therefore, our team will be there and participate in walking along our city and its most important places!
