Corporate social responsibility is important for us. Thus, RMG supports its team through new employee benefit program

Lately, companies have been playing a more and more active role in society. “Doing business” no longer refers to the sole ability of innovating the production or of managing processes, but it has more to deal with the ability of the employer to increase the value of human capital in the organisation. This added value can be achieved through training courses, which allow the development of professional skills for the employees, but also through a well-structured employee benefit program.

The value of people has always been at the base of the corporate policy and of the employee benefit program of RMG. Thus, we have decided to increase the fringe benefits and services available for our employees and their families in order to make them feel part of a bigger family. This is our goal: to have more pleased employees in order to be more productive both in the factory and in our everyday lives, with positive outcomes also for our families and, more in general, for the society.

Nowadays, corporate social responsibility can not be considered separately from quality and production: they are two sides of the same coin.
