Directive 2014/47/UE about goods fastening

It is already entered into force a new restrained legislation about roadworthiness of commercial vehicles circulating in the Union, that requires also more attentive controls.

As loader, we are responsible for loading and fastening of the goods all together with the carrier.

So we do expect that the legislation will be strictly followed by any carrier designated to come and load in our warehouse. We also demand to receive clear instruction about loading by the drivers.

Otherwise, we reserve our right to refuse to load.
